Add Your ClinicIt's fast and easy to add your clinic to our national clinic database. And there's no charge for a listing. All you have to do is download an Excel spreadsheet, enter the information for your clinic, and then send it via email to: resallmd@hotmail.com . You can enter information on as many clinics as you wish. To update information on a clinic already listed, just complete a new spreadsheet. Remember, when updating you much complete ever field. Our update system uses the new information to replace the old entry.
